About Us

OUR STORY
Janadhare like any other organization was sparked by a thought. A thought that has led to us reaching this far. Far enough to carry out our vision of empowering the community to thrive against all odds.

We established ourselves in 2011 as a group of youngsters volunteering in the streets of Bangalore and Noida to bring under privileged children back to school by connecting to aided schools and contributing for their fees which was very minimal. The response and support the program received was immense and naturally it called for a more organized approach to sustain.

We registered as an NGO (trust) in 2013, continued to do the best we could in the field of education and disaster management where required. Our work was noticed and supported by various Global organizations and government organizations. Janadhare gradually received its recognition for exemption under 80G and 12A.

With the support and inputs of our CSR partners we are able to penetrate deeper into the community and address various needs of almost all classification of beneficiaries including women, children, farmers and the youth, by cocreating an opportunity to thrive with the people and officials.

Well, here we are handling over 16 verticals in Community Development and Environmental Sustainability, ever eager to seize every opportunity to contribute with the best services we can when a necessity in the community arises or while we proactively pitch in.

Crafting Roots is gifted with several minds and hands that work tirelessly towards achieving our goal of “making tomorrow better” for the deserving, we are a team frame worked with personnel who have made major contributions in the field of education, sports, infrastructure, and social work.

About Janadhare

A group of “likeminded” people have dedicated their time and energy for being has a change agent in the society. Janadhare literally means “flow of people “but our goal and willingness to set this name for our team is working with the people for the people.

We derive our inspiration from NSS, because all the members who have been actively involved in our group were NSS volunteers from various colleges across the Bangalore city. But currently we have students and working professional from various fields such as engineers, lawyers, bank employees, businessman’s and many more not to forget very active student volunteers who are the greatest support for us.

2010 initiated social activities, but during those days not much knowledge about on field social work, so just worked on the principles and values inoculated from the NSS, activities such as food distribution, clothes, and conducting sports events for kids, orphanage and old age homes visits. However, as the days passed we realised that we had officially make an identity and look at different aspects of our society and work for its development. Therefore, officially registered in the year 2013 as a civil society organisation. And we proudly call ourselves Janadhare, people centred works!!

Vision and Mission

Awareness shapes the hierarchal values of human beings and creates a sense of being responsible which in turn influence the thoughts and actions.

Creating public awareness through which human life are able to connect themselves emotionally with their living , including law, democratic values and socio-political structure of society, with an vision of building responsible future generation. Therefore committed to work for creating public awareness, including systematic training activates, and other developmental activates to increase the understanding of what is good and what is better living in our society.

PLANT A TREE, SAVE EARTH

Event : PLANT A TREE, SAVE EARTH

Tree Species : Honge, Mahagony, Jack fruit, Papaya, guava, James, Mango, Neem, Huversee, Jacaranda, Gulmohar, ‎sampige, Hunase.

A well said proverb "Many hands make light work" again there comes an opportunity to say well appreciated members of Janadhare initiated "SAVE EARTH" program by planting 100 saplings in 4 different schools/religious center. All that made this happen is because of special donors who have taken a pride to adopt each sapling as their responsibility.

As a part of this Earth, we forming many hands can lighten the destructions caused on Earth by stepping for "Plant A Tree". This thought was initiated by Cyril Prabhu where indeed planted the saplings not just in schools but also uplifted the thought regarding "Save Earth" in every child and elders present around for the program.

Thanks to one and all being a part for this Success in planting 100 saplings. Well expected to start Phase 2 of this project asap.

Symposium on Democracy and The Contemporary Situation in India

EVENT : Symposium on democracy and the contemporary situation in India

Venue : St.Joseph College

It was young speakers from St. Joseph college who all expressed their point of view in the panel discussion on the eye-opening topics like "democracy and the contemporary situation in India" , " Minorities and Dalits" and " age of consent".

This was more like an awareness to the audiences present at the ‎Symposium along with dignitaries G. K. Govinda Rao who is‎ a writer, intellectual, Professor of English and Kannada film actor from Karnataka also along with Dr. Akkai who is a Co-founder at Ondede, Social rights activist.

Donating food following an event can’t be an afterthought. For every Bal Utsav event it’s always been a service of giving what we prepare together.
